A lot of Ghanaians have been berating the President Akufo-Addo led government over the constant increase in fuel prices over the last few months.
Many of the people who have either spoken via social media or any media they find most appropriate have said they cannot fathom why a government that promised a total reduction in the prices of fuel and many other things when they come into power is rather doing something that is on the contrary.
Amid the outcry on social media, Ghanaian actor Richard Kweku Asante, who is popularly called Kalybos has dropped a post on his Instagram page to tell Ghanaians who are complaining bitterly to bear in mind that the increase in the prices of fuel is a global crisis.
The award-winning actor who is a part of a group that campaigned massively for the ruling NPP government to retain power in the 2020 election made this assertion when he shared a post that was meant to create some humour on his page.
The post Kalybos shared which had the caption: ‘Please as it stands now, I need a horse to buy with DV number plate… 2017 model – PLEASE NOTE – Fuel prices increment is a global crisis,’ has been getting a lot of mixed reactions after it was shared online.
